If you've lived in Ocean County long enough, you know who Sondra Fortunato is. "Miss Liberty" passed away after a battle with cancer over the last year.
Last September, a GoFundMe was established as she lost her home while fighting stage 4 cancer. We last saw her at the Ocean County/Toms River Halloween Parade this past October riding down Main Street in her infamously bannered Cadillac.
Full details surrounding her passing have not been released yet, but we will miss seeing Sondra at all of the events she would join us at with 100.1 WJRZ.
