Tears For Fears Announce New Tour To Kick Off In New Jersey
Last year Tears For Fears released their first new album in a bazillion years, The Tipping Point, and they marked the occasion with a hugely successful world tour that was sadly cut short when the band’s Curt Smith fell ill and the remaining European dates had to be canceled.
Well not to fear, the band is coming back this summer for The Tipping Point Tour Part II, and we have the shortest wait of the entire country to see them!
Announcing The Tipping Point Tour: PART TWO. We’re thrilled to be getting back on the road again - beginning with the US and Canada this Summer with @ColdWarKids. Last summer Tears For Fears blew the roof off the joint at the Garden State Arts Center (the sponsoring bank doesn’t pay me, so…) on the next-to-last show of the U.S. tour, and this one will bring them back to New Jersey to kick off Part II at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City June 23. If you can’t make it to A.C., the band will be at Madison Square Garden a few days later on June 26.
Tickets for all the shows will go on sale this Friday morning April 7 at 10 AM through the usual places, and you can get pre-sale codes on the band’s website.
