First We Feast is a great food-centric channel on YouTube that’s probably most famous for the show Hot Ones, where host Sean Evans chats with celebrities as they eat increasingly spicy wings. Another series on First We Feast that I’ve been enjoying is Burger Scholar Sessions hosted by George Motz.
Motz is a television host and burger historian who has written four books about the history and evolution of the great American hamburger. On his show Burger Scholar Sessions he goes into the wide array of regional burgers on offer across the country, and he demonstrates how to make them as well.
The most recent episode highlights five regional burger recipes that he has featured in the past. I recently made the deep-fried burger from Tennessee and it was delicious!
