The New York Red Bulls won their final match of the season 2-1 over Charlotte FC yesterday to secure home field advantage in the first round of the MLS Cup Playoffs! This may or may not be an advantage for RBNY as Red Bull Arena this year has not exactly been a fortress as in the past (6-6-5 at home, 9-5-3 on the road in 2022), but regardless RBNY will host FC Cincinnati this Saturday at 12 noon. Cincy finds itself in the MLS Cup playoffs for the first time ever, after securing the Wooden Spoon for worst league record the last three years in a row.
