The good folks at NJ.com went through public records and published a list of all home transactions in Ocean County for the week of February 20-27, and three of those were north of $2 million.
Two of the homes are in Toms River and the third in Harvey Cedars on LBI with a waterfront spot on the bay side.
The 4 bed 3 bath home at 8004 Bay Terrace in Harvey Cedars closed for $2,100,000. According to the property overview on Realtor.com, the 2228 s.f. home sits on an oversized lot with 2 boat slips, dock, & incredible bay & sunset views.
Toms River boasts two homes that sold for north of $2 million last week. 1361 Vincenzo Drive is a 7000 s.f. home with five beds and 4 baths, and it turned out to be a heck of an investment for the previous owner who purchased it in 1998 for $89,500 and sold it last month for $2,650,000! Not too shabby.
Topping Vincenzo Drive for the most expensive home sold in Ocean County last week was 1878 Ensign Drive, a waterfront property on Silver Bay that went for $2,740,000! This swanky home features 5 bedrooms, 6 baths, dock, dock patio, balcony, home theatre, and a heated salt water pool.
