Will New Jersey Folks Be Down With A Thanksgiving Pizza? – It’s Been Invented By This Popular Company
I love to cook! I especially love to cook for the Thanksgiving holiday.
Roast turkey with all the trimmings. Sausage stuffing, homemade turkey gravy, mashed potatoes with lots of butter, homemade whole cranberry relish, green bean casserole…Yum!!
If I were a college student unable to leave campus to head home for the holiday, I would either find a fellow student who lives close to the school and ask for a Thanksgiving invitation, or I’d have to invent a simple version of a Thanksgiving dinner.
How about a Thanksgiving pizza with almost all the trimmings? Pretty inventive…right?
It’s been invented already by the fine folks who mass produce all kinds of traditional and non- traditional pizza.
The creative folks at DiGiorno are rolling one out this holiday season – an honest to goodness pizza with turkey, gravy, sweet potatoes, green beans, cranberries and of course cheese. Mozzarella and cheddar to be precise. Let’s not forget those crispy onions found on grandma’s green bean casserole.
I don’t see stuffing in the mix, but we can remedy that by whipping out a box of Stove Top stuffing to make the meal complete.
Since Thanksgiving falls on November 23, this year, this Detroit style pizza is priced at $11.23, and will be available online starting November 1, 2023 and every Wednesday until November 22, 2023.
Up for grabs while supplies last, so, make sure to place your order asap.
It’s a good choice for those who can’t or won’t cook such a huge meal. Invite a few single friends over and make it a holiday party.
Now, you don’t have to worry about burning or undercooking your bird, chewing on dried out stuffing, potatoes turning out like wallpaper paste, and watery under flavored gravy.
You don’t have to be traditional to enjoy Thanksgiving. It’s not delivery, it’s DiGiorno!
Let DiGiorno do all the work while you relax on the couch watching the Green Bay Packers take on the Detroit Lions, and the Dallas Cowboys go up against the Washington Commanders.
Don’t forget the beer and wine. For more info head to DiGiorno.com
