On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina has opened a new restaurant in Toms River. This is its first Jersey Shore restaurant, located outside the Ocean County Mall at 1201 Hooper Avenue, near the Hooper Avenue mall entrance. Restaurant hours are Sunday-Thursday 11am-10pm & Friday-Saturday 11am-11pm.
