Dogs Not Permitted On Seaside Heights Boardwalk & Beach Effective March 22

Dogs are no longer permitted on the Seaside Heights boardwalk and beach beginning today (March 22).
The Borough of Seaside Heights posted the official announcement over the weekend. The website stated that the Borough Code Ch. 33-11 provides for a minimum fine of $100.
According to The Borough of Seaside Heights website, “All claims that a dog is a service animal will be challenged by trained code enforcement officers as permitted by the Americans With Disabilities Act.”
