TRAILER: ‘Arrested Development’ Season 5
The Bluths are being named “Family of the Year”? Them?
Well, it’s not a real award; it’s an honor they’re bestowing upon themselves, which is a seemingly fitting premise to the fifth season of Arrested Development along with Lindsay (Portia de Rossi) running for Congress, who says she wants “to be part of the problem.”
The Bluths seem to be back in rare form once again, from Buster (Tony Hale) and a new/creepy robotic hand to Tobias (David Cross) and his ill-timed double entendres to George Michael (Michael Cera) who is somehow aging into an awkward phase instead of out of one.
Of course, even George (Jeffrey Tambor) is back, but we’re not going to touch that controversy, not even with Buster’s old prosthetic hook.
Regardless, fans can watch season five of Arrested Development beginning May 29 on Netflix, where you’ll also find a re-edited version of season four that features the season in chronological order.
