Here we are again. Last week, we gave you some great options for picture-perfect cafes. This is the Jersey Shore. The beach and the water are what we’re known for!    Chef Mike is fantastic in the kitchen. And you can dine on what he’s cooking while sitting *basically* on the beach. What’s better than that?
