Adopted: Rosie
Rosie is a twenty four pound shiatzu mix, about ten years old, with special needs. She came from an overcrowded shelter in New York City. Being blind doesn’t take away from Rosie being a happy and very loving girl. She loves people and needs to be around people. Nothing keeps this girl down. She wears a halo harness to help her navigate. She is spayed and up to date on her vaccines.
