A big deal wrapped up on Jan. 9, 2025, when Vantage Real Estate Services locked down a long-term lease for Goodwill’s newest store at 1001 Fischer Blvd. in Toms River. Local shoppers can look forward to the store opening by mid-2025. Spanning almost 20,000 square feet, this spot represents a major expansion in Ocean County. It builds on its presence, which already includes a popular donation center in Toms River and job training sites in Bayville.
Vantage Commercial highlighted that in addition to expanding its reach, the new Toms River Goodwill store underscores the organization’s commitment to providing essential community resources while contributing to local economic and environmental goals. This agreement builds on an existing partnership between the companies. They previously worked together in 2021 to open Goodwill’s Hamilton Township location.
