Foreigner News Round-Up: Lou Gramm’s Last Solo Show, New Version of “I Want To Know What Love Is”
It appears as though Lou Gramm has added himself to the long list of acts retiring from touring in 2018.
Gramm has a show in Schenectady, N.Y. over the weekend where he addressed the crowd and said, “You get real excited when you start out in this business, but you’ve got to be smart enough to know when to walk away from it too. I just feel it’s that time for me.”

If this truly is Gramm calling it a career, we wish him all the best. Maybe one day if Foreigner gets inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, he’ll return to the stage then.
In other Foreigner news: A new video for “I Want To Know What Love Is” has been released and highlights the work of Shriners Hospitals for Children and features some of their patients as a backing chorus. This new recording of the classic Foreigner hit will be available for streaming and download on January 1.
