Bob Seger Releasing New Album Entitled ‘I Knew You When’
Get ready, because Friday, November 17, Bob Seger is releasing new music.
The new album, ‘I Knew You When,’ is available for pre-order starting today on BobSeger.com and is the newest release from Bob, with his last album released in 2014.
The album features a cover of Lou Reed’s “Busload of Faith”, which fans can stream on select services and download now with their digital preorder (listen to the track below).
Seger dedicates this newest album to the memory of Glenn Frey, as well as writing a song tribute, entitled “Glenn Song,” to honor his friend.
Furthermore, Seger also honors Leonard Cohen in what the release calls a “timely cover” of Cohen’s “Democracy.”
The album will also feature new tunes called “The Highway,” “Runaway Train,” and “Blue Ridge,” as well as a passionate, guitar-driven ballad entitled “I’ll Remember You.”
