Bob Dylan Announces Mini-Residency At NYC’s Beacon Theatre
Bob Dylan is taking up a short residency at the Beacon Theatre in New York City as part of his fall North American tour.
Dylan will perform five shows — November 20-22 and 24-25 — at the Beacon, which was the site of annual month-long residencies by the Allman Brothers band and where the Rolling Stones‘ filmed the Martin Scorsese-directed Shine A Light concert film.
The Beacon shows will also feature Mavis Staples, who’s opening most of the shows on the tour. The trek kicks off Friday (October 13) in Valley Center, Calif.
