Season 3 of the Emmy award winning Ted Lasso premiered last week, and the cast has been making appearances on shows around the dial to get the word out, even making a stop at the White House. Here’s a round-up of AFC Richmond’s finest all over television and the socials this week.

  • Today Show: Jason Sudeikis, Hannah Waddingham, Brendan Hunt

Coach Lasso, Coach Beard, and Rebecca Welton pulled up a couch on the Today show to chat with AFC Richmond fans Hoda Kotb and Savannah Guthrie. One constant you’ll notice in all of the clips with Hannah Waddingham – she is CLASS.

  • Today Show: Phil Dunster, Cristo Fernández, Kola Bokinni,

The Today show also had a visit from Phil Dunster (Jamie Tartt), Cristo Fernández (Dani Rojas), and Kola Bokinni (Isaac McAdoo) to chat about the new season of Ted Lasso, as well as what it’s like to see yourself in the FIFA video game.

It’s interesting to hear Phil Dunster’s real voice without the Manchester accent!

  • Borussia Dortmund: Phil Dunster

One of the hottest soccer players on the planet right now is English midfielder  Jude Bellingham who plays for Borussia Dortmund in the German Bundesliga. Bellingham also enjoys a bit of soccer off the field with the EA Sports FIFA game, and he and Phil Dunster – decked out in his Jamie Tartt kit – have a go playing against each other and as themselves in a game pitting Dortmund against AFC Richmond. Gotta love the trash talk!

  • iMDB: Hannah Waddingham, Brett Goldstein, Nick Mohammed

For the folks at iMDB cast members shared their favorite Ted-isms. Coach Beard’s fave: “Nuts For Butts.” Watch for the explanation.

  • British GQ: Brett Goldstein

Brett Goldstein could not be any further from his character Roy Kent, except of course for the swearing. Goldstein hosts a wonderful podcast called “Films to be Buried With,” where he and guests dig into their favourite movies. The folks at British GQ sat down with Brett to find out about some of his favorite things, destroying his nephew in FIFA as Roy Kent.

  • CBS This Morning: Toheeb Jimoh

Toheeb Jimoh plays the thoughtful Sam Obisanya, who definitely sees soccer as more than a game but a way to be kind and impactful. In this segment he looks back on his early days growing up in London and transitioning from sport to acting, including a tearful reunion with the acting teacher who inspired him. He’s such a charming man, that Toheeb Jimoh!

  • The White House: Jason Sudeikis, Hannah Waddingham, Brett Goldstein, Brendan Hunt, Toheeb Jimoh

The cast of Ted Lasso was invited to the White House by the President and First Lady to discuss mental health issues, as that is a huge component of the show.

The cast got to meet with President and Mrs. Biden, and they also were introduced to the press in the White House briefing room. Sudeikis spoke for a few minutes, then decided to take one question from reporters. The chosen reporter was of course Trent Crimm, The Independent.

  • CBS Mornings: Nick Mohammed

Oh yeah, here’s Nate. Whatever. Jerk.
