Smart budgeting, like well-managed money, grows in value over time. Teens and tweens can take their first steps into financial matters confidently during “Banking Basics” at the Ocean County Library Waretown Branch, 1 PM Tuesday, July 23.
This program will introduce young people age 12 and older to the fundamentals of earning, saving, spending and financial security that can last a lifetime.
