LA Wildfires: Details on Major Benefit Shows
Several benefit shows raising money for Los Angeles wildfires relief have been announced. Among those confirmed, two major benefit shows have emerged and are receiving a lot of attention. Here are details about those two concerts.
Ringo & Friends at the Ryman
Ringo Starr is hosting a special two-night show at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium. The first show took place last night (Jan. 14), and the second show is tonight (Jan. 15). The concerts will support Los Angeles wildfire recovery through American Red Cross relief efforts.
The packed lineup for “Ringo & Friends at the Ryman” includes Jack White, Sheryl Crow, and Emmylou Harris performing alongside The War and Treaty. Billy Strings, Molly Tuttle, Mickey Guyton, Sarah Jarosz, Jamey Johnson, Brenda Lee, and Larkin Poe complete the lineup.
Fans can watch the show on CBS and Paramount+ this spring. The artists will perform country-style versions of Beatles classics, with everyone coming together for “With a Little Help From My Friends.”
Music legend T Bone Burnett put together both the concert and Starr’s new country album Look Up. Artists will share stories between songs, giving each performance a personal touch.
FireAid
FireAid was recently announced by Live Nation and is a joint event with AEG Presents. The benefit concert is being produced by Shelli, Irving, and the Azoff family.

As of publishing, no acts have been confirmed for FireAid, but the Eagles, who are managed by Irving Azoff, have pledged $2.5 million toward the event.
