Amazon is working to become the superpower of all that is the U.S., with it’s the newest shift, to handmade goods.
Amazon Handmade is what the service is called, and is available to those who are in the Austin, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Minneapolis, Phoenix, Portland, Raleigh, San Diego, San Francisco Bay Area and Seattle area in under 2 hours delivery time.
It’s billed as a portion of the site that “only sell handcrafted products that the company created to rival the artisan-focused Etsy online retailer,” according to CNET.
Though eBay tried to do a service just like this in the past, we’re certain that Amazon, given their marketing and branding, will have a better opportunity to slay in this particular area.
