Researchers Brew “Healthy” Beer And We’re All About It
When we think beer, we certainly don’t think healthy, but beer lovers could be in for a real treat with a new, probiotic beer that boosts the immunity and that’s good for the gut.
According to VitalUpdates.com, researchers at the National University of Singapore created a new, sour beer that contains the live probiotic strain, Lactobacillus paracasei, taken from human intestines. The probiotic can neutralize toxins and viruses, help mantain a strong immune system in check and ward off deadly diseases.
Sounds rather disgusting! But if it means more beer, we’re in!
