Queen Elizabeth Reaches Out To Ohio Toddler

It's not every day that a toddler gets a response from the Queen of England, but a 1-year-old girl in Ohio got just that from Queen Elizabeth after her mom sent a photo to the palace of the little girl dressed as the Queen for Halloween.

People reported that Jalayne Sutherland's mom received a letter from the Queen's lady-in-waiting, the Hon. Mary Morrison which read in part, "The Queen wishes me to write and thank you for your letter, and for the photograph you thoughtfully enclosed. Her Majesty thought it kind of you to write to her, and The Queen was pleased to see the photograph of your daughter, Jalayne, in her splendid outfit."

Morrison continued in the letter, "Her Majesty hopes you all have a very Merry Christmas, and I am enclosing a little information about the Royal Pets, which Jalayne might like to have."

Jalayne's mom posted to Facebook on October 31, 2021, "Queen Elizabeth II and her corgis!! And of course, Superman!!"
