Toms River Elks Lodge #1875 annual Festival of Trees for local charities is open to the public on Dec. 9 from 4pm-9pm.
Each charity decorates their tree to represent their mission. Donations to each tree will result in a winner for the best tree in several categories. Refreshments, crafts and more. For information, contact Eileen Coynes at 732-267-7216.
