The Friends of Toms River Library will sponsor a &#8220;Mahjong Fun Day&#8221;&nbsp;on Saturday May 9th from 10am to 4pm&nbsp;in the Bishop Building, 39 Washington St., adjacent to the main library branch in Toms River.
