| MANCHESTER – Medicare-eligible individuals, their families, and their caregivers can find out how to navigate the system and find suitable insurance coverage during a workshop at the Ocean County Library Manchester Branch, 10 AM Tuesday, October 17.Presenting details about Medicare basics will be Charles Clarkson, Esq., a certified counselor of New Jersey’s State Health Insurance Assistance Programs (SHIPs), which offer localized, in-depth, objective insurance counseling and assistance.The team led by Clarkson, who also serves as Project Director of the non-profit Senior Medicare Patrol of New Jersey, will be available for individual counseling if needed.This free program is sponsored by Friends of the Manchester Branch. The Friends are volunteers who support Library programs through fundraising and outreach. New members are always welcome.
