Jersey Shore Dream Center "Run 4 Dreams" 5K

WHO:

 Jersey Shore Dream Center (JSDC)

WHAT:

 “Run 4 Dreams” 5K

WHERE:

 The race will start and end at the Asbury Park Convention Center

WHEN:

 Saturday, April 26^th, Race will start at 8:30am

                     WHY: The purpose of this event is to raise funds to support the nine different full-time ministries at the Dream Center. These ministries include Adopt-A-Block, Claudia’s Gourmet Kitchen, Mobile Food Truck reaching over 1,500 men and women in the Jersey Shore each month, Clothing Pantry, Monmouth County’s only free Baby Supply Pantry. In total we served over 27,000 individuals in 2013.

This event is also going to be used to help fund the Dream Centers discipleship project. This is a 24/7 program empowering men and women to overcome various life controlling issues.

How to get involved:            1) Sponsor one of our registered runner’s for a tax deductible donation at http://jerseyshoredreamcenter.org/run-for-dreams-fundraiser

                                                  2) Volunteer Three hours of your time for this event (We receive a Monetary Donation for every volunteer we provide for event).

                                                  3) Register to run and silicate friends/ family to sponsor you.
