Attorney and former New Jersey Superior Court Judge Daniel D’Alessandro, J.S.C.(Ret.) of the New Jersey State Bar Foundation (NJSBF) will provide a comprehensive review of procedures and priorities to create a plan for heirs and executors.
Daniel D’Alessandro specialized in family law matters for 35 years before his judicial appointment. He served in the Superior Court Chancery Division Family Part and Law Division (Civil) from 2010 through 2019. A member of the national Callagy Law firm, he mediates, arbitrates, teaches criminal justice and serves as a volunteer matrimonial early settlement panelist.
Founded in 1958, NJSBF’s mission is to foster knowledge of New Jersey’s legal system among residents, serve as a public resource center for law-related education, encourage interaction between attorneys and residents, and foster pride in the legal profession.
