“FREEDOM” (Expressions of Color) is artist-musician-songwriter Monroe Mullin’s art exhibit, on display throughout March at the Ocean County Library Barnegat Branch. Mullin is dedicating the exhibit to wounded members of the U.S. armed services. The display is open to the public during Branch operating hours.
