Free Self Defense Seminar

St. Francis Community Center Counseling Service will be holding a Free Self Defense Class on Wednesday, June 17th from 6:30 to 9pm. The class is being held at the Jersey State Martial Arts Training Facility, located at 702 Rt. 9, Little Egg Harbor (across from Rita’s Italian Ice).

Practice basic strikes/blocks, attacks and self-defense techniques. Question and answer on safety, attacker patterns and prevention. You will leave feeling strong, confident and healthy with an increased self-awareness. This class is hands on, so please wear comfortable clothing, be prepared to wear socks or go barefoot. Feel free to bring a friend.

This class is for men and women, ages 18 and up. Registration is required and space is limited. Please call St. Francis Counseling at 609-494-1554 to register.
