Dealing with toxic and bullying behavior in the workplace

According to the Workplace Bullying Institute, up to one third of workers may be the victims of workplace bullying.

Robert Micera, SPHR, will explain how to deal with toxic and bullying behavior in the workplace, and how to take an active role in ensuring a healthy workplace environment on Thursday, May 14th at the monthly meeting of JSAHR (The Jersey Shore Association for Human Resources) from 8 to 10am at Jumping Brook Country Club, 210 Jumping Brook Road, Neptune.
