Get ready for an outstanding day by the bay as the Southern Ocean Chamber Association presents LBI Chowderfest, Saturday September 30th from 10am-6pm at the Taylor Avenue Waterfront in Beach Haven. This great event features top bands, local vendors, festival merchandise, delicious food and drink on tap options for purchase.
Admission is free and leashed pets are welcome. Also happening from 11am- 3:30pm, the 2023 Cook Off Classic, held adjacent to the vendor village, presented by the Hunger Foundation of Southern Ocean.
Eight local restaurants are competing for the red and white chowder champion. Come try your favorites. Tickets for sampling are available for advanced purchase online at chowderfest.com.
WJRZ will be on-site with games and prizes, so make sure to stop by the big yellow tent!
