This week, we feature CEO of Just believe Inc. Paul Hulse. Just Believe is a 501c3 organization that’s been in operation for almost four years. Their mission is to establish a permanent shelter for the homeless population in Ocean County with the support of community members, churches and support from local political figures. Area restaurants also provide assistance with food. Currently, amidst the Covid Pandemic, Just Believe Inc. is still housing the homeless in the warming center at Riverwood Recreational Building in Toms River. This is done when there is a Code Blue, which means the temperature is at 35 degrees or less. Local churches have also provided a shelter as the rec center can only house twenty residents. at a time.
