We’re back with guests Meghan Coppinger and Melissa Surdez from the Susan G Komen Foundation. The Foundation provides support for women and men battling breast cancer, such as free mammograms, support groups, transportation and more. They also provide grants and funding to further research and new medications to treat breast cancer. One of the major source of funding is the More than pink walk, and the Race for the cure. This year’s More than Pink Walk takes place November 3rd at Six Flags Great Adventure. Thousands of participants raise money towards a cure.
