If you are behind on your mortgage due to unemployment, or a reduction of income, you may qualify for the New Jersey Foreclosure Mediation Program. The Affordable Housing Alliance (AHA) offers help for families struggling to pay their mortgage and is now urging homeowners to apply for the no cost NJ foreclosure mediation program.
