This week, joining us is the 2020 Director of the Ocean County Board of Chosen Freeholders, Joseph Vicari. Freeholder Vicari began his political career in 1980, beginning with the Toms River Town Council, having served as Mayor of Toms River for five of those years. Freeholder/Commisioner Vicari spoke about a grant that is available on a first come, first serve basis in order to help the family owned small businesses throughout Ocean County, which he feels are the backbone of the community.
