We’re back with Gwen Love, Executive Director of Lunch Break in Red Bank. When the Covid pandemic began, Lunch Break devised ways to turn their dining room into an assembly area for grab and go meals, and their kitchen into a warehouse to hold items needed for distribution. Lunch Break is proud to say they never missed a meal the entire time. Even managing to begin online cooking classes for children, and continue to provide job assistance and financial help with their Covid Relief Fund, which has helped over 1,200 families with financial assistance due to job loss.
