This week, our guest is Bob Kessler, senior donor recruitment for Vitalant. Vitalant is one of the nation’s oldest and largest blood service providers. They are a network of over 125 community blood centers. Bob discusses donor eligibility, donor process, and the strong need for blood donations for those in need. There is an area blood drive being held September 14th at the Monmouth Mall Community Center in Eatontown. You must be at least 16 years of age (with parental permission for under 18) and a brief health screening will take place before donating. For more information, please visit vitalant.org.
