Razza Pizza Artigianale
Located on Grove Street, Razza Pizza Artigianale says they are “committed to making and serving the best pizza possible from our woodburning oven.”
Owner and chef Dan Richer honed his craft after spending time in Italy learning about the art of making pizza. At Razza, they cook artisan 12-inch pies. They offer 12 different pizza options as well. This includes your standard Margherita pie, and two other Margherita variations (one called a “Jersey” with fresh mozzarella and one called a “Yellow” that uses yellow tomatoes). In addition, there are numerous other variations to choose from. A mixed mushroom option stands out. The same holds true for the “Di Natale,” which is topped with olives, pine nuts and raisins.
Though it would be quite challenging not to order one of the aforementioned items, there are other menu choices at this New Jersey restaurant named one of the best pizzerias in the world for 2023. Salads, meatballs, and a chickpea appetizer are also available.
Razza Pizza Artigianale is open Tuesday through Sunday. Moreover, if you want to represent this hometown New Jersey establishment that was named one of the best pizzerias in the world, they sell merch as well.
