Beautiful Monmouth Park in Oceanport is once again hosting the Jersey Shore Food Truck Festival this Memorial Day Weekend, with nearly three dozen mobile kitchens churning out delicious food Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.
One of my favorite Food Truck Festival memories at Monmouth Park was a few years back when Empanada Guy invited me on to the truck to see how they made everything, and I walked out with some incredible empanadas for myself and our promotion interns!
Whatever kind of food you like, they’ll have it here. Cupcakes, mac & cheese, lobster rolls, tacos, BBQ – you will not go home hungry! According to the Monmouth Park website, here is a list of all that will be on offer this weekend:

This weekend Monmouth Park will open at 9am and the first race is 12:40pm. Parking is free, general admission just $6 and children 12 and under are free. Keep in mind that no pets are allowed, and cooler and BYO is only permitted in the picnic area.
