Madonna is a 1980s pop icon whose most famous singles include “Vogue” and “Like a Virgin.” Her daughter Lourdes Leon started modeling in 2016 for Stella McCartney. The two are reportedly supportive of each other, and Madonna has said that her daughter is an “independent, inspirational and free-spirited young woman.”

He was married to music, he had an ear for talent and hits that was unrivaled, and he is the man responsible for signing some of the most successful, unique, and influential acts the music biz has ever known including Madonna, Talking Heads, The Ramones, Depeche Mode, The Smiths, The Pretenders, Echo & the Bunnymen, k.d. lang, Soft Cell, and Everything But The Girl to name just a handful.
Stein founded Sire Records and artists wanted to be on his label because of his deep musical passion and knowledge. Arguably his biggest signing ever, Madonna, happened in 1982 when he was in a hospital bed recovering from heart surgery. She was among the many artists paying tribute to Stein this week.
