Former star of NBC’s Parks and Recreation and currently in the HBO show The White Lotus, Aubrey Plaza made for an excellent guest host on Saturday Night Live this past weekend. Let’s take a look at some of the highlights.

Fresh on the heels of the Giants loss to Philadelphia in the NFL Playoffs, the show opened with the NFL on Fox crew and their new sideline reporter and Heisman Trophy winner Congressman George Santos (Bowen Yang).

Aubrey Plaza was in her element as she walked out to center stage in Studio 8H. Her opening monologue featured her donning her old page jacket and taking us for a tour which of course featured a backstage surprise or two (spoiler alert: Amy Poehler!) and shout out to the set design team!

This is by far my favorite sketch of the night! I love it for its stupidity, and Aubrey Plaza is perfect in this sketch as Miss FRAAAAAANCE!! The addition of the Property Brothers and Tony Hawk are just the weird cherry on top.

Interestingly, I had no idea this was a send up of a video that has been making the rounds. Seeing the source material makes this even funnier!

This sketch is as close as I’m ever going to get to watching Avatar anything.

Aubrey is great in this black and white sketch featuring a guest appearance from Sharon Stone.

Bowen Yang’s George Santos stopped by the Update desk this week, but the highlight was the mini Parks & Recreation reunion as two former government employees from Pawnee, IN stopped by. It was so good to see Leslie Knope and April Ludgate!

A quick, hilarious sketch that I think may have been slightly influenced by Sister Michael on the show Derry Girls. Also, I now have an Aubrey Plaza in a nun’s habit fetish.
