What Did TJ Bryan Watch On YouTube Yesterday? Sarah Sherman Killing On Saturday Night Live!
Each year a number of new faces join the cast of Saturday Night Live. Some spend that first year trying to find their feet, looking for a small breakout part are two, and many never make it to a second season. For me the stand out member of SNL’s freshman class this season has been Sarah Sherman. Sherman’s comedy is anything but mainstream or mundane, in fact it’s often gross and disgusting and perfectly fitting of her stage persona “Sarah Squirm.”
Sherman made an immediate impact when she first appeared on Weekend Update to basically roast Update co-host Colin Jost. This past weekend she was back at the Update desk with a new segment devoted to news about Sarah, and Colin once again gets torched by SNL’s breakout new cast member.
