What Did TJ Bryan Watch On YouTube Yesterday? Bono Walking Around Dublin
U2 lead singer Bono has been making the rounds as he releases his first book, a memoir entitled “Surrender: 40 Songs, One Story). This week he begins a mini book tour that will feature reading, stories, and songs, kicking off at the Beacon Theater in New York this Thursday, November 3.
CBS Sunday Morning aired a nice feature on yesterday’s show, which also included a rare interview with Bono’s wife of over 40 years, Ali Hewson. Bono took reporter Norah O’Donnell to the Dublin school where U2 got its start, thanks to a note pinned to a bulletin board that said “Drummer seeks musicians to form band.” The bulletin board hangs in the school to this day, and U2 and Bono continue to add to their not insignificant legacy.
