Mother Wears Buzz Lightyear Helmet To Grocery Store
One North Carolina mother didn’t have a mask to go grocery shopping, so she improvised.
Kelly Hogan Painter put on a Buzz Lightyear space helmet to protect herself and others. Once her husband told her that it was recommended to wear a face covering, she supplied one for herself.
In a video showing off her equipment, Painter said, “I’m going in.” She pressed a button and the plastic shield covered her head.
“If y’all see me on the news tonight PLEASE don’t tell my mama,” Painter shared to Facebook. “She would be so embarrassed. #jokesonyouhubby #sendhelp2020”
