Photographer Managed to Get 13 Babies to Look at Her During a Valentine’s Day Photo Shoot
Connecticut photographer, JoAnn Marrero, was able to pull off what seemed to be the impossible fete of getting 13 babies to sit and look at the camera for a Valentine’s Day photoshoot at the same time.
Marrero put a call out to parents who wished to be involved in the holiday shoot, inspired by her son’s Valentine’s gift when he was two-years-old.
“My favorite memory of Valentine’s Day was when my youngest son, Alexander, opened up his Valentine’s Day present when he was 2-and-a-half years old,” JoAnn told POPSUGAR. “Not realizing what was inside, he started yelling to his older brother, Michael, that there was candy inside. His reaction was so cute, it didn’t dawn on me that he wouldn’t know what was in there.”
Marrero, who previously worked with the babies, sat them in a big heart-shaped candy box with huge Hershey kisses candy and rose petals to accent the photo. It was a piece of….um candy to capture.
