Legendary Who frontman Roger Daltrey turns 74 today (March 1), and if we could pick just one thing that makes him so incredible it’s his iconic scream.  

Daltrey is undoubtedly one of the best, and he certainly set the standard for screams for decades to come.  In honor of his birthday, we look back at some of our other favorite “screams” in classic rock.

The band reached international success, became known for their award-winning live performances, are regarded as one of the most influential rock bands of the 1960s and 70s, and recognized as one of the greatest rock and roll bands of all time.
