AC/DC co-founder Malcolm Young will be laid to rest on Tuesday (November 28) in Sydney, Australia, ten days after his death there at the age of 64.

The funeral will take place at 11 a.m. local time, with the entire Young family -- including brother and fellow AC/DC guitarist Angus Young -- and other musicians in attendance. The funeral also takes place on the same day as the ARIA Awards, Australia's equivalent of the Grammys; Young is expected to be honored during the ceremony, along with his older brother and original AC/DC producer George Young, who died October 22 at the age of 70.

Malcolm Young battled dementia for several years before his death and retired from AC/DC during the making of its most recent album, 2014's Rock Or Bust. Nephew Steve Young took his place on the album and the subsequent tour.

Angus Young has not commented on AC/DC's future after losing frontman Brian Johnson during the tour and bassist Cliff Williams' retirement afterwards.
