Sir Paul Has Last Laugh At Westboro Baptist Church
Paul McCartney isn’t taking protests by the Westboro Baptist Church outside his recent show in Wichita lightly.
After the controversial group ringed the INTRUST Bank Arena on Wednesday (July 19) carrying signs reading “Man’s Job: Obey God” and other messages, McCartney posted a meme featuring a doctored image of the protestors, changing their signs to Beatles lyrics and titles such as “Let it be,” “We Can work it out,” “I wanna be your MAN!” and “All You need is love.” The meme was captioned, “Thanks Westboro Baptist Church for the warm welcome.”
