Original Foreigner frontman Lou Gramm celebrates a birthday today (May 2), and he has quite the summer ahead of him.
Earlier this year, it was announced that Gramm would be appearing on select dates of Foreigner’s summer tour that also features Cheap Trick and Jason Bonham on the bill. These select performances will mark the first time since 2003 that Gramm will perform with Foreigner in any capacity as a band.
Of course, this won’t be the first Foreigner reunion of any kind in over a decade. In 2013, Gramm and guitarist Mick Jones were inducted into the Songwriter’s Hall of Fame, and the two performed some Foreigner classics at the ceremony, including the iconic ballad “I Want To Know What Love Is.” Check out the performance below!
After being inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame, Mick Jones and Lou Gramm share the stage for the first time in over 10 years to perform 'I Want To Know What Love Is', as the audience rises to their feet.
