Literally the first day after the Rolling Stones wrap on their “Zip Code” tour, Keith Richards is giving fans a taste of his new solo album Crosseyed Heart with the track “Trouble.”

“Trouble” is one of 15 songs on the guitar legend’s third solo release, with his last album, Main Offender, dating back to 1992. While “Trouble” is a straight-forward blues/rock track, don’t expect the rest of Crosseyed Heart to sound the same. The album’s release announcement stated that it will be “a five-star musical journey that takes in reggae, rock, country and blues.”
So, it sounds like Keith is going to mix things up and keep us on our toes. After all, he also said “Trouble” was coming out July 19th, and much to our surprise, he drops the track today!
Crosseyed Heart is scheduled to come out September 18th…or perhaps whenever Keith feels like it. Either way, we can’t wait!
