Music Video Of The Day 6/25/14 (WATCH)

I'm going to start featuring some music videos here in The Sandbox to get some visuals on some of the music we play here at WJRZ.

The first comes from Tommy James & The Shondells from 1969 with "Crystal Blue Persuasion."

The band had the opportunity to perform at Woodstock, but turned it down because they were vacationing in Hawaii and "the thought of flying 6,000 miles to play on a pig farm" wasn't very appealing to them.  They still consider it one of the biggest mistakes they've ever made.

This great song sounds even better that it's summertime and was also used during a key scene of "Breaking Bad" in the episode "Gliding All Over" during it's final season.  Enjoy!
